We’ve got 6 chairs of straight-up barbering greatness waiting for you. Same signature TTB vibes. Same precision. Same passion. Just a little closer for some of you.

Desiree will be moving from our Market Common location, but she’s still a key part of the TTB crew — she’s running the show at our brand new Inlet shop! It’s gonna be popping off from day one. She’ll be joined by Angel and Keyita, two incredible new additions to the squad.

Some of our former teammates have branched out on their own—but just like a shark losing a tooth, we’re already growing ones back that will be just as sharp!

Meet Buddy, Jehovanny, and Steven—our newest Trust Thy Barber apprentices. They’re early in the game, but already full of the #1 skill we hire for: Give-a-shit-ed-ness (G.A.S.). They’ve got the heart, the hunger, and the hustle. Now all they need are reps—and that’s where you come in.

✂️ Every cut they do is fully checked by a seasoned team member before the client leaves the chair. So while it may feel like a “practice” cut, don’t sweat it—we’ve got quality control on lock.

The fastest way for a young barber to grow is by going back-to-back with real clients. If you’ve got a friend, family member, or anyone who’s been trying to get in with us but couldn’t due to high demand—now’s the time.

You’ve probably seen me lurking in the corner these past few years—quiet, mysterious… 12 FEET TALL! While I’ve always been the unofficial mascot of Trust Thy Barber, I’m stepping into the spotlight and taking on a bigger role: your official TTB spokesman.

Whenever there’s news, updates, or just something dope happening, I’ll be the one bringing you the deets. You’ll also see me getting loud on social media, hyping up the squad and showing love to the incredible TTB fam.🔥

I’ve watched this shop grow from the shadows, and while the barbers here are sharp as hell, it’s you—the clients—who make this whole thing possible. I’m pumped to take on this new role and can’t wait to be part of the next chapter in the evolution of Trust Thy Barber.

💈 What’s in a Name?

You may have noticed some new titles floating around: Junior Barberati, Barberati, and Master Barberati. So what’s the deal?

Well, think of it like this: all bourbon is whiskey, but not all whiskey is bourbon.

Same here—all Barberati are barbers, but not all barbers are Barberati.

The Barberati are cut from a different cloth. Yeah, they can fade, blend, and line you up with precision—but that’s just the baseline. Barberati bring next-level customer service, real professionalism, strong teamwork, and a daily commitment to keeping the shop razor sharp. This isn’t just about hair—it’s about holding the standard. 💯

Legend has it, the Barberati were a secret guild I founded centuries ago. Back when barbers and doctors shared a pole. They disappeared when the professions split—but we’re bringing them back, sharper than ever. ⚔️

It all starts with one thing: Give-a-shit-ed-ness. That’s the minimum. From there, it’s a journey—refining skills, earning trust, and leveling up through service, leadership, and culture.

Regardless of the level of Barberati you book with, one thing’s for sure: you’re about to get one hell of a barbershop experience.

🛠️ New Service Structure:

If you’ve gone online to book an appointment with us any time in the past — oh, I don’t know, 8 years — you’ve probably noticed we had a ton of services to choose from. Too many, in fact. It created a lot of confusion around which service to book.

We’ve restructured and streamlined our offerings to make things simpler and more transparent. Here’s the new lineup:

• Buzz cut: Our Buzz Cut service is for those who want one clipper length all over the head. Easy peezy! PLEASE NOTE: This service is one clipper length only. If you want your hair blended from shorter to longer, please select either a Classic Cut or a Skin Fade (if you’re going all the way down to the skin).
• Senior Cut: This cut is for those of you that are 65 and over. It’s a discounted service, but still offers the same quality that you’ve come to expect from Trust Thy Barber. After retirement things get a little “tight” becuase of being on a fixed income, so this service is our way of showing a bit of respect to our elders.
• Classic Cut: A simple one- or two-length clipper cut on the sides, with a short scissor cut up top. In. Out. Simple! If you’re going all the way to the skin on the sides, then the Skin Fade service is what you’re looking for.
• Skin Fade: Haircuts that start at skin  and progress to longer length at the top. If you wish to keep “longer than finger length” hair on the top of your head (think pompadour or comb over), please select our “Specialty Haircut” service.
• Specialty Haircut: Mullets, Burst Fades, Edgars, Faux Hawks, Taper Fades & Skin Fades (with long hair on top) all fall within the “Specialty Haircut” designation. These services require additional skill & time to complete and are priced accordingly.
• Transformation: Sometimes it just all has to go! This service is for those of you who have really long hair and want to cut it all off and start over fresh! Or maybe it’s just been a REALLY long time since your last cut. No biggie – this service is for you too! Extra time and skill is needed to make your transformation as “transformational” as possible so price and duration reflect that.
• The Executive: The OG luxury service of Trust Thy Barber is alive and well! Our executive service includes a haircut, Premium beard trim OR straight razor face shave, 2 Bay Rum infused hot towels, nose/ ear waxing and finished with a shampoo & after shave. If you’re looking to spoil yourself, this is the service for you!
• Beard Trim Only: For those of you who just want to tame you mane. The beard trim only service is our stand-alone premium beard grfooming service: Clipper trimming, straight razor edge ups and finsihed with a Bay rum infused hot towel & finihsed with beard oil & after shave.
• Head/ Face Shave: The quintessential barber service. If you want that razzor clise barber face shave this service is for you. Same goes if you want that dome peeled down to skin!

Where did my service go?

In an effort to streamline our online scheduling we have combined/ removed some of the services you may have been familiar with, and will address them here:

Beard trims are now add-ons when booking a haircut (Classic Cut, Skin Fade, Specialty, etc.). You’ll see two options:

• Basic Beard Trim – Clippers only

• Premium Beard Trim – Bay Rum hot towel + straight razor finish

This change eliminates the need for endless “[Haircut] & Beard Trim” combos.Just choose your haircut, then add the beard trim you prefer.

Some clients only want a quick line-up with clippers. Others want the full experience. Now, you’ve got both options — your beard, your way.

Kids Cut: We get this question a lot — but the truth is, there’s really no such thing as a “kids cut.” Whether it’s a classic cut, a skin fade, or a specialty style, kids get the same high-quality service as anyone else… they just tend to squirm a bit more 😅

If you’re wondering why there’s no discount, here’s the honest answer: cutting kids’ hair is actually more difficult. Their heads are smaller, the hair is finer, and they move around a lot. It takes serious skill and patience — and that’s exactly what our team delivers.

You bring your little man here because you trust our quality and expertise. We treat every cut like it matters — no matter how old the client is.

Clean Up: This was a tough decision, but at the end of the day, a “clean up” is still a haircut. Whether you’re just taking a little off the sides or going for a noticeable refresh, it still requires the same skill, time, and attention to detail. We’re committed to giving you our best — no matter how much you’re taking off.

Military: Alright, real talk — this one was tough. We love our veterans and have endless appreciation for those who served. But this service has taken up A TON of space on our books. It honestly feels like every other haircut we do is at a discounted rate. 

Rather than raise the price of this service, we’ve decided to retire it – BUT, bring it back for seasonal holidays like Veterans Day, Memorial Day and 4th of July. We want to contiunue honoring our service memebrs, but feel a seasonal discount (rather than a year round one) allows our barbers to be fairly compensated for their time & skill, while still offering a discount to those that fought for our freedom!
