Why Am I Required to Pay a $1 Reservation Deposit?

This $1 reservation deposit is required to help prevent no-shows. If a client no-shows for their appointment (without calling to cancel), we charge a no-show fee that is equal to the amount of the service scheduled. If you can’t make your appointment all we ask is that you call and leave a message so we can open that slot for other clients.

I Need to Cancel. Will I Be Charged a No-Show Fee?

No! If you can’t make it to your appointment all we ask is that you call and give us a heads-up. We might not be able to answer the phone, but as long as you leave a message saying you can’t make it to your appointment, you will not be charged a no-show fee.

Can My Reservation Fee Be Refunded?

Yes. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call and leave a message stating that you can’t make it to your appointment. At the end of the day we check messages to process refunds and charge no-shows (if applicable).

Do You Sell Gift Certificates?

We do not offer gift certificates at this time but are researching ways to make them available in the future.

Do You Accept Walk-Ins?

The short answer is, we try. We are a very busy shop and the majority of our clients schedule online. On any given day our barbers have few if any, open slots to accept a walk-in. We encourage anyone who is interested in a service to please schedule an appointment online.

Why Do You Have Different Prices for the Same Service?

We currently have 3 levels of barbers: Apprentice, Level 1 & Level 2. When a barber’s service quality improves, they advance a level & their cost of service rises.Ā

Will Your Apprentices Butcher My Hair?

LOL, No! Every barber has to start somewhere, including our apprentices. Before an apprentice can be booked they must first pass a basic skills test. Once they demonstrate proficiency in general barbering, they are given a chair. Additionally, apprentice haircuts are checked afterward by a licensed instructor to ensure accuracy & quality.

Do You Sell Grooming Products?

Yes! We carry a wide variety of grooming products for your hair, body, and beard. Any product we use during your service is available for purchase, & we’ll show you how best to use them at home.
